Dr Alison Stewart

Dr Alison Stewart is a compassionate and highly experienced General Practitioner who is dedicated to supporting patients through every stage of their lives. Embracing a holistic "cradle to grave" philosophy, she places great importance on understanding each patient's unique background and personal circumstances. This patient-centred approach enables Dr Stewart to establish strong, collaborative, and reassuring therapeutic relationships, ensuring that individuals feel fully supported throughout their healthcare journeys.

With a diverse range of clinical interests, Dr Stewart provides comprehensive primary care. She holds a particular interest in gut and liver health, with a focus on Metabolic Associated Fatty Liver Disease, and is passionate about guiding patients through positive lifestyle behaviour changes to manage chronic medical conditions. Her practice also encompasses paediatric and child health, geriatric medicine, and palliative care. Additionally, she is skilled in performing skin examinations, diagnostic punch biopsies, and basic skin cancer excisions, and she is qualified to provide shared antenatal care.

Dr Stewart completed her medical training, earning her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). She is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP), demonstrating her commitment to maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence.
