Dr Alison Davidson

Dr Alison Davidson is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centred care. She believes in working collaboratively with her patients to promote long-term health and well-being. With a broad interest in all aspects of family medicine, she offers a supportive and reassuring environment for individuals and families seeking high-quality medical care.

Her clinical focus spans several key areas of General Practice, with a particular emphasis on women's health, antenatal and postnatal care, paediatrics, and mental health. Dr Davidson is passionate about supporting women through all stages of life, from family planning and pregnancy care to postpartum support. Her gentle approach to paediatric care ensures that young patients feel comfortable, while her focus on mental health allows her to provide holistic support to those navigating psychological challenges.

Dr Davidson completed her medical education at the University of Queensland, graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in 1991. Following her graduation, she gained valuable clinical experience working across various regional and metropolitan hospitals, during which time she also obtained a Diploma of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She subsequently focused her career on family medicine, achieving Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 1997.
