Dr Ajith Vidanagama

Dr Ajith Vidanagama is a highly regarded Consultant Psychiatrist who provides comprehensive mental health care. He is dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based treatment to support individuals navigating complex psychological challenges. With a patient-centred approach, Dr Vidanagama focuses on understanding each person's unique circumstances to foster long-term mental well-being and recovery.

Dr Vidanagama completed his medical education at the University of Ruhuna, qualifying with his medical degree in 1996. To specialise in the field of mental health, he undertook extensive postgraduate training in psychiatry. He successfully completed all training and examination requirements to be admitted as a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists in 2015.

In his clinical practice, Dr Vidanagama focuses on the assessment, diagnosis, and management of a wide range of psychiatric conditions.
