Dr Ai-Vee Chua

Dr Ai-Vee Chua is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who provides comprehensive healthcare to individuals and families in the Dubbo community. With a strong focus on building long-term, trusting relationships with her patients, she delivers patient-centred care tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. Dr Chua is deeply passionate about preventative health, early diagnosis, and supporting healthy lifestyles, ensuring high-quality medical care through every stage of life.

Her clinical interests encompass a broad range of general medicine, with a particular focus on women's health, children's health, and chronic disease management. Beyond her clinical practice, Dr Chua is a strong advocate for improving healthcare access in rural communities. She actively contributes to the broader medical landscape through various advisory and leadership roles, working collaboratively across health sectors to optimise patient outcomes and champion continuous quality improvement in primary care.

Dr Chua completed her medical education at the University of Sydney, qualifying in 2000. She is highly active in professional medical organisations, serving as the Western NSW Representative on the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) NSW/ACT Faculty Council. Additionally, she holds key advisory roles with the Australian Medical Association (AMA) NSW Clinical Council and the Western NSW Primary Health Network (PHN) Clinical Advisory Council, and serves as the Senior Clinical Editor for Western NSW HealthPathways.
