Dr Adele Knights is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care to individuals across all stages of life. With a reassuring and professional approach, she is committed to supporting her patients' long-term health and well-being, from early childhood through to chronic disease management. Dr Knights believes in fostering strong, collaborative relationships with those in her care, ensuring that every patient feels heard, valued, and supported in their healthcare journey.

Dr Knights completed her Bachelor of Biomedical Science before going on to earn her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Melbourne. To further her clinical expertise, she completed a Diploma of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, gaining valuable experience across a range of medical specialties whilst working in regional Victoria. She is also a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, reflecting her commitment to maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice and continuing professional development.

With a broad range of clinical interests, Dr Knights is highly skilled in family medicine, travel medicine, and minor surgical procedures. She has a particular passion for women's health, offering specialised services such as sexual health consultations, contraception advice, and the insertion and removal of contraceptive devices like Implanon and Mirena. Additionally, she is qualified to provide shared antenatal care in collaboration with major maternity hospitals, supporting expectant mothers throughout their pregnancy. Her expertise also extends to paediatric and adolescent health, as well as the proactive management of chronic health conditions.
