Dr Ada Tam is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centred care. With a strong belief that patient well-being always comes first, she adopts a holistic approach to healthcare, combining traditional general practice with integrative medicine. Dr Tam works closely with her patients to understand the root causes of their health concerns, helping them achieve a balanced and healthy lifestyle.

As a General Practitioner with a diverse range of clinical interests, Dr Tam is highly knowledgeable in all areas of General Practice. She has a particular passion for nutritional and environmental medicine, assisting patients with complex and chronic conditions such as mould illness, long COVID, irritable bowel syndrome, and fibromyalgia. Additionally, she focuses on women's health, hormonal issues, thyroid disorders, diabetes, weight management, and preventive health, tailoring individualised treatment plans to support long-term wellness.

Dr Tam completed her medical education at the University of Queensland, where she obtained her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). She is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP), reflecting her high standards of clinical practice. Committed to ongoing professional development and evidence-based complementary therapies, she is also an active member of the Australian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine (ACNEM).
