We were nervous going into this, especially as we had been to a different clinic and had a pretty poor experience. The staff at Thrive were amazing from the start, from the admin staff to Dr. Linda. She put us at ease from day 1. Could not recommend them more!
We waited 40 mins to see the doctor and we weren’t given any feedback or heads up before or during that wait. I had to ask what was going on.
The entire team at Thrive made it a wonderful experience at my first consultation. Dr Sascha listened and addressed both mine and my partners enquiries and suggested next logical steps based on tests done thus far.

My husband and I had the greatest experience from our initial engagement till now. Dr Sascha was informative, allowed us the time to ask as many questions as we needed and provided a warm and welcoming environment. The team, including nurses, embryologists and reception staff were also very welcoming and supportive. My husband and I could not thank the team enough for all the support they had provided us.
The practice is always light and bright with friendly smiles on arrival. You always feel welcome in the clinic.
