Dr Porter consults and provides deliveries at North Shore Private Hospital, Northern Beaches Hospital, and Mater Hospital (delivery only).

However, equipped with adept surgical skills, he can perform safe instrumental deliveries or complex caesarean sections when necessary, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of both the mother and child.

His comprehensive training at Royal North Shore Hospital and Westmead Hospital, renowned for being Sydney's busiest birthing unit, has provided him with exposure to a wide array of pregnancy-related issues.

The range of services offered is extensive, including obstetrics, cervical screening, colposcopy, hysteroscopy and laparoscopic surgery for the diagnosis of ovarian cysts, endometriosis, and infertility. Sydney Babies also offers pre-pregnancy counselling, ectopic pregnancy care, miscarriage services and cervical cerclage.
