I have been treated by Mr Vikram Balakrishnan since late 2002. On each occasion since that time he has been on time at each of my appointments, has been pleasant, thoughtful, happy to answer my questions and questioned me about how I've been getting on since my last appointment with him.
Mr Sweeney was most professional, obviously very skilled and empathetic.
