Admin staff and nurse were friendly and professional. No waiting at appointment. (Unheard of for a medical specialist!).

Staff were very helpful in supporting follow up by phone and email thus avoiding travel to surgery.

I had to wait for a long time to be seen. One time was more than two hours after the appointment time. After the name was called and ushered inside I had to wait in the closed room further 45 minutes. It seems there are many staff there but not working very efficiently.

Reception staff were very polite but lacked a little maturity and initiative.
