Dr Elida was fantastic and really cares about her patients.

I live in rural Victoria and I look forward to my video link with my psychiatrist fortnightly, very easy to use.

My experience has been excellent

I personally like coviu for the convenience, living far from the city. It worked well for me. The only trouble was that my Psychologist was new to it and we had to have our appointment over the phone at first. She also takes leave and sick days without letting me know, which had me worried about why there wasn’t a next appointment. I phoned PSYCH2U and they sorted it out for me!
