Trusted by patients and GPs nationwide, PSYCH2U was founded with a clear mission: to make mental health and wellbeing support accessible and sustainable for all Australians.
What sets PSYCH2U apart is its integrated model of care. Perhaps it was the person assigned to me but the session was awful. It started with technology problems with getting the meeting up and running. The session itself resulted in me needing sessions with a qualities psychologist to try to mediate the damage done by the person assigned to me. To give an example, at one point the person assigned to me said "oh dear, I feel as though I am making you even sadder", this was so unprofessional and I cannot believe it was said to me. I won't be using this service again.

I found Dr Elida Assenheimer to be extremely kind, helpful and non judgemental She is exceptionally knowledgable I felt listened to, and her guidance and support exceeded expectations I would highly recommend her
Initially apprehensive about using an online session however found the service provider to be excellent. Only issue was attempting to log in with sound and picture. It was very difficult to get support from the two options provided despite trying to login 10 minutes prior to the session commencing. Caused initial distress.
It was good. I always feel much better after my appointments
I am allowed to speak as to how i feel about everything and anything. There is absolutely no judgment on me as a person with my own personal life experiences. Thank you Jackie. Ian
I've been talking to this lady for abt 2yrs. I have learnt a lot about myself & how to deal better with other humans. I cannot recommend this lady any higher. She can quietly put me back in my box and adjusts her techniques when necessary.
Dr Danny Taylor has a great understanding of schizophrenia and psychosis and is knowledgeable helpful and practical. I have trust in his ability and would highly recommend him to other's
Waited 30 minutes n got called away from my appointment
