I went to the clinic today as i had problems with my paperwork, due to my gp filling in my forms wrong. The amazing staff helped me straight away and ended up doing my paperwork agen correctly
Staff always very friendly and helpful. Haven't been kept waiting for long, maximum of 15 minutes after appointment time. I guess it will all depend on how well the Drs patients are doing and how many questions they have. I would highly recommend this clinic.
Everyone I encountered at this practice was so friendly and patient.
From first to consult, to paperwork, to surgery and post, Dr. Gounder and his team have been exceptional. I had my surgery in July and my only regret is not enquiring sooner.
I’m 1 year post op now and had my follow up review with Siva and the dietitian. Both were lovely and I feel so supported by them. The dietitian check ups throughout the year helped me stay on track and backed me up when I was doubting myself or unsure.
Very helpful staff, they don’t beat around the bush they get straight to the point and don’t sugarcoat anything

I feel I was well informed before during and after surgery, and didn’t have to ask for information because it was already provided and explained thoroughly.
