I had an extremely sick child, our specialist was compassionate, thorough, explaining every step in his treatment. Our specialist was very responsive, the office staff followed up on everything and very accommodating to changes we requested. We have been with Offspring for 7 years and they have been life savers not only for my child but have helped me reduce my stress and we have both been able to live 'normal' lives. It took time but my son is is well and living life to the fullest. I highly recommend Offspring Health.

Staff is friendly but reply time to queries varied greatly and on occasion required follow up.

Great experience however wait time can be difficult if parents need to go back to work.
