Appointments generally via Telehealth, in person in at another clinic (Tasmania) has been an amazing service offered. Communication on wait times has improved a lot lately so I appreciate that. Means I’m not waiting around with small children. Often very difficult to speak with anyone in Admin to pay / book appointments or follow up on paperwork. Messages either aren’t returned or are several days later. Online portal is a good addition, would be great if accounts could be generated post so you could login and pay online easier.

Always friendly and helpful at reception. We've been seeing a clinical psychologist for over 18 months and continue to do so with lots of helpful strategies and approach to takeaway and apply.

It was so refreshing to finally have a doctor who said they had treated children like mine. The care and support we have received has been incredible and helped to turn our lives around! A family is only ever as good as it’s weakest member and we were really struggling to help our second child to thrive. Offspring (particularly Dr Jeremy but supported by his lovely colleagues) changed all of that and our second child is now growing, learning and eating!!!!!! I will be forever grateful.
