The team at Newcastle Surgical group were so friendly and kind and nothing was a trouble.
Dr Owen Morris takes his time to explain everything, from diagnosis to ongoing treatment. Dr. Owen was respectful and a very good doctor, I respected his honesty and clear medical explanations. Belinda the breast nurse was incredibly informative sharing her knowledge with managing before and after breast surgery. The receptionists were polite, friendly and helpful.
Have seen Dr Morris previously for other procedures and he has always been very professional and he was the same this time around as well.
The staff are always welcoming and caring on the phone and in person. Emails are responded to in appropriate timeframes. It is wonderful to have Breast Care Nurse Belinda Burchell at the practice. Her knowledge, care and professionalism put me at ease and I feel very cared for.
