I've been to a few dermatologists in the past and have frequently felt like I was just another patient they wanted to get in and out of the practice as quickly as possible. At Inside Out and in particular with Dr. Crystal Williams while my appointments never dragged on, and in fact went quite quickly, I always had the impression that my dermatologist was knowledgeable, and engaged with whatever issue I had brought in. Easily the best dermatologist I've been to and Dr. Williams is a big reason for this.
Since I began coming to this Clinic I have always felt valued and supported. The staff are efficient and very friendly. I love coming here for a chat and consultation!
Great to talk to over the phone, appointment was easy to make, short wait time, staff were great
Communication very good from front desk via computer and in person. Dr Sharma is very caring and considerate. Would like a little more time and all over body examination as I have many freckles and moles. Also have had BCC and SCC’s removed previously and an auto-immune skin condition that requires continuous care.
Very calm efficient and professional staff
Dr Sharma is fantastic. She spends time with her clients and happy to discuss matters in detail.
