I have attended this clinic on many occasions now. Reception staff, nurses and the very wonderful doctors I have met all give an amazing experience. Friendly, knowledgeable and extremely caring. I would highly recommend to anyone with any dermatological problems. A+++

I’ve only ever had a wonderful experience with everyone at inner-west, from Dr’s, nurses and reception staff

Generally good but one visit using the UV treatment was not recorded. The staff then assumed I had not attended for a week and put time backwards. She did not listen when I tried to explain and assumed I was wrong. Another staff rectified next visit but it was disappointing as I always record my visits but was not listened to and it put back my treatment.

Everyone throughout the process of the consultation has been friendly and professional. The care outside of the consultation has been fabulous with Tanisha being a great point of call for all questions that I've had that can't wait for the next appointment. I feel very supported now that I'm a patient at InnerWest Specialists.

Dr Ian Kronborg has been my specialist for Crohns for over 15 years. He is my life saviour and Santa clause. Always kind, caring, there when I need him, & so so knowledgeable. Highly recommended. I also see Dr Laura Scardamaglia- Dermatologist. Same as Ian. Highly recommended. All the receptionist staff at Innerwest are the most kind, thoughtful and always go out of there way to help me. Innerwest Specialist is a fantastic medical clinic.
