Associate Professor Laura Scardamaglia is a highly experienced Consultant Dermatologist. Professor Scardamaglia graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1994, and completed her training in dermatology in 2003. She has since specialised in areas such as Complex Medical Dermatology, Immunological Dermatology disorders, Connective Tissue Diseases, and more.
Professor Scardamaglia is devoted to mentoring trainees in the field of dermatology and she is a senior lecturer to medical students at the University of Melbourne.

I visited Laura today and she was very caring and gave expert advice with my particular skin problems. My son has also visited her in the past and received treatment for a skin condition that was very successful. I cannot more highly recommend this practitioner.

Laura is phenomenal and a gift to the medical field. She is warm and inviting, making you feel like you are her only patient when you are with her and has the familiarity as if you see her weekly instead of every 6 months in my case. She has a holistic approach to the care she provides, being extremely mindful of how the treatments she suggests will impact other areas of your life, is thorough and approachable with question and concerns.

Dr Laura is very good and quite supportive, looking out the best for her patients. I wish I had met her years earlier with my health condition.

A wonderful Doctor who is caring, made me feel comfortable and extremely knowledgeable. Didn’t feel rushed and felt like she was genuinely interested in all aspects of my health. A beautiful presence and calming nature. Would definitely highly recommend.
