Dr Arshad and his staff in reception are amazing! Dr Arshad made me feel at ease with the whole process prior to my knee surgery and also post surgery.. I felt like Corinne went above and beyond everytime I called to ask a question. Calling me back once she had spoken to Dr Arshad. Nothing was too much trouble. I felt I was under the best care. Thankyou guys! I hope to not have to see you again in the future. But I know if I do, I'll be under the best care!

Felt safe, secure and most importantly Informed about the cause and needed treatment. He always explains in detail and shows with images to explain the problem. Always responded when had a question. Lovely trustable honest person.
