I can't recommend Dr Swaraj highly enough. After 2 to 3 years of frustration with hormonal management and struggling with body composition despite appropriate nutrition intensive and training, I finally got clear answers and a plan that actually makes sense.

What makes Soji exceptional:

**He actually listened.** He read my referral letter in detail, asked thoughtful questions, and let me explain what was happening in my body without rushing or dismissing my concerns.

**He explained the 'why'.** Soji took time to explain insulin resistance, SHBG, FAI, and exactly why I couldn't build muscle or lose belly fat despite doing everything right. He used clear examples and analogies that made sense. I left understanding the problem, not just taking pills based on someone else's prescription.

**He was kind.** In a medical world that often feels cold and transactional, Soji brought warmth and genuine interest. He acknowledged I was bringing "enormous positivity and love into the room" - small thing, but it meant I felt like a person to be helped, not a problem to be fixed.

**He educated me on my own health.** He spent time teaching me about hormones, insulin physiology, muscle metabolism, nutritional quality. I left feeling empowered.
