Friendly staff. Good food. Poor communication and conflicting information/instructions - between doctors, nurses and patients. There was a mix up during admission due to the poor communication between departments. Medication not given or charted even after reported by patient

Had a total hip replacement using mako robotic surgery . Went into hospital in severe pain, unable to walk unaided, sleep, and basically function. Woke up from surgery totally free of pain , apart from the general wound pain. Fast recovery . Cannot recommend Kosta enough . 100% success. Beluera hospital was also exceptional in their care .

Long wait time for procedure. Hospital understaffed, night nurses in ward overworked

After 5 weeks of agonising pain with a prolapsed disc and no relief from pain medications and epidural injections I was referred to John Choi by my GP. John and his team were absolutely amazing. I called him on Monday, seen him on Tuesday (I left feeling so happy and relieved as John gave me the reassurance that by the end of the week I will be fixed and pain free), MRI scan Wed, operated (Disectomy) on Thursday arvo and home pain free on Friday. Absolutely amazing result using the latest technology. Thanks heaps to John and his team. Andrew

Physio was friendly and professional. Identified my issue and provided me with a clear rehab program.
