Excellent Services.

I found everything to do with my visits and full check up at Heart West to be very well organised, very polite and efficient staff and most importantly the doctor I was seeing was very informative, had plenty of time to explain details to me, and had my well being at heart (excuse the pun).

Too long waiting time, when enquired they said you should have come half an hour late as your appointment does not start until half an hour later but the text message sent to us was indicated “half an hour early time. We arrived in the clinic at 12:20 for 12:30 appointment and was seen by the person at 1:24.

Ring one phone number for all heartiest is totally unacceptable. Messages and emails are not answered. Each Heartwest office should have their own phone and emails.
