I had been putting off an implant for almost a year because I was genuinely scared of the surgery. Finally I booked with Dr. Tomasz after reading about his experience with implant dentistry. From the first appointment he made the whole process feel much less intimidating. He reviewed my CBCT, explained the condition of the bone and walked me through what would happen on the day of surgery. The actual implant placement was surprisingly straightforward and completely painless. I had some swelling the next day, which I had been told to expect, but very little discomfort. What also stood out was the aftercare. I received detailed instructions about cleaning the area, food and healing, and I knew exactly what was normal during the first few days. Everything is healing beautifully so far. If I had known implant treatment could be this manageable, I probably wouldn't have waited so long.

I came to Dr. Tomaz after part of my tooth broke while eating. I thought it would just need a new filling or crown, but unfortunately the fracture extended too deep and the tooth could not be saved. Dr. Tomaz showed me everything on the scan and explained why extraction was the more predictable option. I was able to have the tooth removed and the implant placed during the same appointment. I was expecting a long and painful procedure but it was actually very smooth. The anesthesia was gentle, I felt no pain and the first few days afterwards were much easier than expected. I really appreciated how clearly everything was explained without making me feel rushed into a decision.

I originally came to Dr. Tomas because I wanted a more comprehensive and biological approach to my dental health. I have quite a lot of previous dental work, including crowns, composite fillings and two root canal treated teeth, and I wanted to understand whether everything was still healthy. The consultation was extremely thorough. Dr. Tomas reviewed my CBCT with me and explained not only the teeth but also the condition of the surrounding bone and gums. One of the root canal treated teeth showed an area of chronic inflammation, while the other looked completely stable and he recommended doing nothing to it. I appreciated that enormously because I never felt that the goal was to find more treatment to do. We eventually treated the problematic tooth and I chose extraction followed by implant placement. The procedure itself was calm and painless, and the surgical area was carefully cleaned before the implant was placed. I also received detailed advice about hygiene, nutrition and the healing period. My recovery has gone very well. What I value most about Dr. Tomas is that he takes time to explain the bigger picture while still keeping the treatment practical and conservative. I feel much more confident about my dental health now.

I had a tooth extracted and an immediate implant placed by Dr. Thomas. PRF was also prepared from my own blood and used during the procedure to support the healing area. I was honestly more nervous about having blood taken than about the dental part, but even that was quick and painless! The surgery went very smoothly and I had surprisingly little discomfort afterwards. I followed the post-op instructions carefully and by day three I was already feeling almost completely normal. Dr. Thomas is very precise but also easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience much less stressful.

I went to Dr. Tomasz for SMART removal of an old amalgam filling and was impressed by how much preparation went into the procedure. He explained the protection, isolation and suction before starting, so I knew what to expect. Everything was done slowly and carefully and I felt comfortable throughout. I also appreciated that he checked my other amalgam restorations and recommended leaving the ones that were still stable alone. That gave me a lot of confidence in his approach.

I booked a second opinion with Dr. Tomaz after being given a very long treatment plan at another clinic. He reviewed my X-rays and CBCT and then explained everything tooth by tooth. Some of the work that had been recommended elsewhere was not urgent and could simply be monitored. One old root canal did need attention, but even there he discussed several possibilities rather than immediately recommending an implant. I really appreciated the transparency. I left with a much clearer idea of what actually needed to be done and in what order.

I was referred to Dr. Tomas for an extraction that another dentist told me might be complicated. Naturally I arrived expecting the worst. Dr. Tomas was very relaxed about it, explained what he was going to do and made sure I was completely numb before starting. I honestly didn't even realize when the tooth came out. I kept waiting for the difficult part and then he said we were finished. I had some soreness that evening but nothing more. Probably the easiest extraction I have ever had.

Had a ceramic implant placed by Dr. Thomas and everything has gone really well. I specifically wanted a metal-free implant and had been researching the subject for months. He answered all my questions honestly and explained that the final decision also depended on my bone and the position of the tooth. Surgery was painless and I had only minor swelling afterwards. Really happy with the experience so far.
