تخرج الدكتور رضوان وحصل على بكالوريوس الطب وبكالوريوس الجراحة من جامعة مومباي في عام 1998، وقدم مساهمات كبيرة في النظم الصحية. وقد شغل أدواراً محورية مثل رئاسة مركز رعاية صحية أولية تابع لوزارة الصحة في سلطنة عمان، وعمل كمسؤول طبي في الدولة نفسها. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، قدم خبرته كطبيب طوارئ في مستشفى مرموق في دبي.

I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Sayyed Rizwan for his outstanding care and support during my emergency visit on 24th April 2026. Yesterday, I rushed to the emergency department at Prime Hospital as I was experiencing severe discomfort, breathlessness, and excessive sweating. It was a very concerning situation, but Dr. Sayyed Rizwan handled it with great professionalism and calmness. He conducted a thorough and detailed diagnosis, ensured I was kept under close observation, and provided the necessary medication and care. What truly stood out was his behavior—he treated me not just as a patient, but like a friend and a family member, offering reassurance and confidence during a stressful time. Thanks to his timely intervention and special attention, I began to feel significantly better even before I was discharged. He also responsibly advised me to consult a cardiologist for further evaluation, showing his commitment to my continued well-being. I am truly grateful to Dr. Sayyed Rizwan for bringing me back to a stable condition and for his compassionate care.
