تمتد خبرة الدكتور فارما السريرية لتشمل الإجراءات المعقدة، مثل إدخال القسطرة المركزية النفقية وغير النفقية، وتركيب قسطرة CAPD، وخزعات الكلى الموجهة بالموجات فوق الصوتية. وهو ملتزم التزامًا راسخًا برعاية المرضى، حيث يقدم تقييمات شاملة قبل زراعة الكلى ومتابعة ما بعد الزراعة. ويتجلى تفانيه في تطوير طب الكلى في دوره كأستاذ مشارك ومراجع للمجلات العلمية الدولية المتخصصة في أمراض الكلى والبحوث السريرية.
بعد إجرائه العديد من عمليات زراعة الكلى الناجحة، انضم الدكتور فارما إلى مستشفى برايم عام 2015، حيث يواصل تفوقه في علاج المرضى ذوي الحالات الحرجة باستخدام علاجات استبدال الكلى مثل العلاج الإشعاعي الكُلوي (CRRT)، وزرع الكلى الموضعي (SLED)، وزرع الكلى الموضعي (SCUF)، وفصل البلازما. وهو عضو قيّم في جمعية الإمارات الطبية لأمراض الكلى والجمعية الهندية لأمراض الكلى، حيث ساهم بشكل كبير في هذا المجال من خلال خبرته السريرية وأبحاثه العلمية.

The reception staff, assisting nurse were very helpful and very quick in processing my appointment. They both quickly did the process. Dr. Sandeep also asked about my health and guided me to do some exercises to stay well.
