يركز تخصصه السريري على مجموعة واسعة من حالات الجهاز التنفسي، بما في ذلك الربو وحساسية الجهاز التنفسي وأمراض الرئة الناجمة عن التدخين مثل مرض الانسداد الرئوي المزمن والتهاب الشعب الهوائية المزمن وانتفاخ الرئة. وهو متخصص في الرعاية الشاملة لسرطان الرئة وإدارة التهابات الجهاز التنفسي مثل التهاب الشعب الهوائية والالتهاب الرئوي وتقييمات الرئة بعد كوفيد. يتمتع الدكتور بارغي بخبرة كبيرة في إجراء تقييمات متقدمة لوظائف الرئة مثل قياس التنفس وقدرة الانتشار للرئة لغاز أول أكسيد الكربون، فضلاً عن إجراء دراسات النوم (تخطيط النوم) وإدارة التنفس المضطرب أثناء النوم باستخدام علاج جهاز ضغط الهواء الإيجابي المستمر.
كما أنه متخصص في أمراض الرئة المهنية مثل الساركويد والسل. يشارك الدكتور بارغي بنشاط في جمعية الإمارات لأمراض الصدر ويعمل كمشرف سريري في الكليات الملكية المشتركة لتدريب الأطباء، مما يدل على التزامه بالتعليم الطبي والتدريب في طب الجهاز التنفسي.

Dr. Sandeep is exceptional and listened to ALL our concerns and thoughts in regards to our daughter Hailey’s health. She was brought in with severe congestion which caused her fatigue. Heartfelt thanks to Doctor for immediately taking good care of her and also we love that he answers our distressful calls and messages. Love that doctor always makes our kids and us feel very comfortable and safe. For many years our experience has been great and would recommend Dr Sandeep to others. Also huge thanks to all the nurses that helped us and took great care of our Hailey.

The doctor lacks empathy. He was not interested in listening to my concerns let alone address them. He was very judgemental throughout my appointment. He rather just refill my prescription rather than explaining/addressing how to overcome my particular concerns.

Dr. Pargi has been incredibly helpful in managing my cough and asthma symptoms. I really appreciate his treatment approach—very detailed, precise, and thoughtful. He took the time to thoroughly explain my condition and offered clear guidance on preventive steps for the future. I feel much more confident about my health under his care. Highly recommended!
