I recently underwent a septoplasty procedure at Prime Hospital, and I would like to sincerely appreciate Dr. Prashanth Sharma and his team for the excellent care I received. Dr. Prashanth Sharma explained the entire procedure in detail before the surgery, including what to expect during recovery and the possible symptoms after surgery. His clear explanation helped me stay calm and confident throughout the process without unnecessary worry. His professionalism, expertise, and reassuring approach truly made a difference. I would also like to specially mention Nurse Deepali, who was extremely supportive, caring, and attentive throughout my treatment. She ensured I was comfortable and guided me properly during both the pre- and post-operative period. It has now been a week since my surgery, and I have recovered well. The follow-up consultation was smooth, and the care provided across all departments at Prime Hospital was excellent. I recently had a septoplasty at Prime Hospital in Dubai and had a very positive experience. Dr. Prashant Sharma was professional, clear in his explanations, and very reassuring throughout the process. From consultation to follow-up, he made sure I understood everything and felt comfortable. The surgery went smoothly and my recovery has been good so far. I would also like to thank Nurse Dipali Rajendra for being kind and supportive during my visits. Her caring attitude really helped ease my anxiety. Overall, I’m happy with the treatment and care I received and would recommend Prime Hospital for ENT treatment.
