His clear explanation helped me stay calm and confident throughout the process without unnecessary worry. His professionalism, expertise, and reassuring approach truly made a difference. I would also like to specially mention Nurse Deepali, who was extremely supportive, caring, and attentive throughout my treatment. She ensured I was comfortable and guided me properly during both the pre- and post-operative period. It has now been a week since my surgery, and I have recovered well. The follow-up consultation was smooth, and the care provided across all departments at Prime Hospital was excellent.
