My family and I have been loyal patients at Prime Medical for over five years , and Dr. Michael has been our regular Orthopedic doctor during this time. However, the treatment we received during our visit today was nothing short of disrespectful and unprofessional. The Incidence details are as follows - While we were still discussing our medical concerns, Dr. Michael abruptly wrote a prescription, picked up his personal belongings, and walked out of the room without any explanation or closure. As patients, we put in considerable effort and time for doctor’s appointment—scheduling, traveling, completing registration, and waiting our turn. After all of this, we expect the allocated 15–20 minutes for our consultation to be respected. Unfortunately, this was not the case. This behavior was completely inappropriate, especially in front of my wife, child, and elderly father. We were left feeling humiliated, dismissed, and deeply disrespected. This is not acceptable - a doctor cannot treat patients this way, regardless of the circumstances. I expect Prime Medical to take immediate action to ensure that such behavior is addressed, and that patients are treated with the respect they deserve.
