I sustained a major fracture to my left pelvis that required 1 metal plate and 7 screws. Dr. Mazen, his team, and Saudi German hospital were astonishingly exceptional ! The speed of getting me in for surgery and their advocacy for me with the insurance company were amazing. The comfort, compassion, and communication that every single person I encountered displayed to me was humbling. I cannot give Dr. Mazen and Saudi German enough praise for their professionalism and personal kindness.

I had visited the doctor when I underwent knee surgery due to a patella dislocation, and he has been a very sweet and one of my favourite doctors. He was very patient in explaining everything and made me feel comfortable. Throughout the surgery, he kept communicating with me to put me at ease.
