I came to the clinic on Monday 21 Oct, was promised an email to follow up. I asked the nurse, she said she would organize it. I checked with the clinic MD if everything was ok, she confirmed I have an infection and they would arrange a follow up. Imagine how that makes me feel as I still don’t have a prescription. It’s 2 Oct and I’m still waiting. Even for an explanation why it’s taking this long. I’m so disappointed as my condition is escalating and I thought this was a reliable place to seek health care.
