Amazing , knowledgeable

After suffering with lower back pain for 6 months I made the decision to seek help. Jack was able to guide me through exercises, dry needling and some manual therapy that helped resolve my lower back pain and I returned back to playing rugby.

He is very knowledgeable, Easy to talk to and always encouraging. And the best thing about his physio therapy is that it's purely exercises and strengthening the muscles

Jack has treated me for 2 issues, a chronic neck sprain that troubled me for years and a bad ankle sprain which has also occurred on multiple occasions: I can confidently say that Jack helped me and brought me to a point of full recovery. Everything was carefully and clearly explained. I have been to multiple doctors and physiotherapists for my neck pain but no one was able to help me as effectively as how Jack did. Even with the ankle sprain; he helped me deal with it physiologically and psychologically as I always had this innate fear of rolling it when, say I walk along the sidewalk. He is super helpful, super friendly and approachable and we always have great conversations during our sessions. I have always highly recommended Jack and am grateful for his help in recovering from my issues.
