I recently visited Rommel at Joint Space after struggling with daily headaches and neck pain for over six weeks. Rommel was absolutely incredible, thorough, intuitive, and so skilled in his approach. I honestly had no idea how tight my glutes and rotator cuffs were, or how much that tension was contributing to how unwell I felt. I was completely unaware that my body’s tightness could be the root of the problem. Thanks to Rommel’s work, the headaches have finally gone (I could honestly cry with relief). He’s opened my eyes to how everything in the body is connected, and how crucial it is to take care of it properly. I’ll now be seeing him regularly for maintenance work, those headaches really scared me, and I never want to go back there again. Thank you Rommel, and thank you Joint Space, truly grateful.

I really loved this place because they could understand what type of pain it is and will tell you very helpful exercises that can help you live longer without pain and stronger and younger just like when you were 8-14.
