الدكتورة إلهام كيخا هي ممارس عام متخصصة في الطب التجميلي، وتمارس عملها حالياً في عيادات "ترو كير". حصلت على شهادتها الطبية من جامعة زابل في عام 2017، حيث أسست قاعدة صلبة في الطب السريري قبل الانتقال إلى الممارسة التجميلية.
بعد التخرج، أكملت الدكتورة كيخا العديد من برامج التدريب المتقدم والدورات المهنية من خلال مركز جمعية أطباء العناية المركزة في طهران وجامعة الشهيد بهشتي للعلوم الطبية. وقد دعمت هذه البرامج تطورها السريري ووفرت لها تدريباً مهيكلاً في الإجراءات التجميلية والتدخلات طفيفة التوغل.
تتركز ممارستها على علاجات الوجه والجسم غير الجراحية، بما في ذلك الفيلر للشفاه ومنطقة تحت العين، وعلاجات الفيلر للوجه الكامل، وحقن البوتوكس. كما تقدم إجراءات لتحسين جودة البشرة وتجديد شبابها مثل "بروفايلو"، والإبر الدقيقة (Microneedling)، والعلاج بالبلازما الغنية بالصفائح الدموية (PRP)، والميزوثيرابي، والعلاجات القائمة على الإكسوسوم. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تشمل خدماتها السريرية تجديد شباب الرقبة والعلاج بالتصليب (Sclerotherapy) للمشاكل الوعائية.
