I felt reassured, safe and relaxed right from the start. Mr Shalchi was a very calming influence and spoke to me during my op. I was amazed at how quickly everything was over and done with especially as it was totally pain free.

I was really anxious before surgery, fear of the unknown, but I needn’t have been. Mr Salchi and his lovely team were very reassuring and I felt calm and relaxed. Mr Shalchi spoke to me gently throughout the procedure, telling me I was doing really well and it meant such a lot to me, he kept me reassured throughout.
