Mr Shalchi was wonderful, very calming, in a uncomfortable situation, talking and explaining throughout, but still, very professional. Made the whole experience a lot easier.

He put me at ease and spoke to me during the procedure encouraging me throughout. A quiet manner which was really reassuring as one is nervous.
