I was really impressed with Dr Shalchi. He was very friendly and took time to explain everything he was doing and why. He put me at ease and made an extra effort by hunting down some literature leaflets for me to take away. I had a very positive experience for my first time at the eye unit thanks to doctor Shalchi!
