Mr Rai is very good at explaining what he found from the various scans I had, and making it clear what the treatment options are. He has a calm, reassuring manner, but makes clear the pros and cons of a potential operation. Finally, I appreciate that Mr Rai hasn't made me feel like I need to rush into any decisions regarding my treatment.

We had informed him in advance of the concerns and medical history of my daughter and her scoliosis diagnosis. He in turn was prepared with his responses and treatment plans. He had discussed the matter with numerous colleagues across the globe to ensure we had the full picture of the situation and a good understanding of what the surgery would entail. He examined my daughter with a gentle bedside manner which was greatly appreciated since my daughter is unable to communicate.
