DoctorbHendricks is always the most caring and dedicated professional, listening to our concerns and doubts and answering every question while keeping us informed and involved on the future decisions.

I start every meeting with the expectation of having to stop the doctor from making assumptions about my sons complex needs, but I was completely disarmed by the fact that Dr Hendricks not only “listened” to me, but actually “saw” my son as an individual, rather than someone on the NHS conveyor belt, being moved from test to treatment to check ups. He was well read not only on medical issues but also the behavioural / mental impact of medical issues/interventions. Great Ormond Street Hospital should use Dr Hendricks as a case study in everything a doctor should be.

Our eight year old enjoyed the consultation. Dr Hendricks asked him some questions about his hearing and involved him in the consultation. Top notch, efficient service.

Dr Hendricks assessed my daughter’s hearing and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. His explanations were clear and thorough and he suggested a clear way forward which we found very reassuring. He was kind and patient and related very well to my 6 yr old daughter, making the whole process so much easier. He suggested testing other members of the family which has been very significant! He has also been contactable and approachable which has been greatly appreciated.
