Dr Hendricks has a warm and friendly approach and was excellent with our son who has severe learning difficulties and is non verbal. He was very calm and mindful of his approach which was perfect! He explains things very well so we are able to understand and this makes all the difference to our understanding.

Dr Hendricks was very nice to my daughter and made her feel at ease. He took a lot of time and care to get all the information needed to make a diagnosis and we felt we could trust his judgment absolutely.

He is generally easy to talk to and he is able to communicate well to one’s understanding. He brings himself down to one’s level of understanding and gives clarity on any asks questions in a calm manner.

Dr Hendricks go's above and beyond, he is able to pit people at ease straight away. He took the time to listen to my daughter and waited till she was comfortable to talk, he always make sure my daughter understands everything that he has spoken about before we leave the office. . He spoke to my daughter and encouraged her to talk instead of just talking to me like most other doctors do. Dr Hendricks is the only doctor my daughter will see and speak to, any other doctor appointment we get cause my daughter to shut down and she can't cope. I wish all my daughters doctors were like Dr Hendricks it would make my daughters life so much easier. He is the best doctor we have ever seen.

Dr Hendricks, Has been very thorough, friendly and helpful in every meeting we have had. Everything has been very well explained and he is available to answer questions and offer advice whenever needed.
