Dr Sebastian broke down the findings of my sons audiology report and explained clearly future options to aid him with his hearing. He was open and warm, in interacting with myself and my son. Dr Sebastian engaged with my son and put effort to understand his condition and behaviour. I was taken aback by the level of empathy and care in my visit.

Dr Hendricks was extremely thorough in taking a background history and very attentive in listening to us describe our child’s symptoms. He then provided us with a very clear and detailed explanation of the diagnosis and treatment options going forward. He was also very patient and caring in dealing with our little boy. We felt very comfortable and confident with him and would definitely recommend him.
