Mr Mallina was very professional. He triaged the problem on my thumb quickly through assessing physically and asking questions to determine what it could be. He recommended an XRay & Ultrasound to support his thoughts, then advised treatment. The procedure was straightforward and not painful. He explained at each step what was going to happen. He managed my expectations, explaining when I'd feel the benefit.
