Very easy to speak to and fast diagnosis. Able to see me quickly and I was treated quickly

I was referred to Mr Dwivedi after finding a lump in my neck and a scan found cancer in my tonsil. I arrived worried but Mr Dwivedi understood and was very reassuring. He removed my tonsils and successfully removed a sizeable tumour. Recovering from a tonsilectomy-and-then-some is painful but Mr Dwivedi phoned me every day at home to check on me. When I was suitably recovered, we met to discuss what he’d found and the rest of my treatment. He and his team had discussed my case and recommended not further surgery for the lump in my neck - though that was an option - but radiotherapy in combination with chemotherapy under the care of his oncology colleague Dr Mendes and fantastic team. Not the best news but Mr Dwivedi was, again, tremendously reassuring. Cancer treatment is difficult and the overall quality of care and support you receive as a person affects how you will feel afterwards. Today I’m feeling absolutely fine and that’s because of the excellent care I’ve received. I’m still under close surveillance by Mr Dwivedi and team but things are looking good. Two thumbs up!

Dr Dwivedi did an incredible job with my parotidectomy and selective neck dissection, and the consultations before and after. His explanations and advice have been both thorough and honest as well as compassionate and considerate. It has healed incredibly well all things considered and for such a major surgery the scar is incredibly neat and not particularly noticeable. I am forever grateful to have had him as my surgeon for such a difficult matter!

I initially consulted with Mr. Dwivedi with regards to problems I've had with perpetual tonsillitis, which has been a problem I've lived with for many years but had progressively worsened my quality of life, impacting my income and my efficacy as a parent while unwell. The consultation led to the confirmation of chronic tonsillitis and a tonsillectomy was proposed. Mr. Dwivedi was clear and thorough on outlining the procedure, the risks, recovery considerations etc. Recovery from the procedure can be painful and Mr. Dwivedi made the effort to contact me on a daily basis for the two weeks following the procedure to assess whether the pain medication prescribed continued to be appropriate for my post-operative care. His support was greatly appreciated throughout my recovery.

Excellent doctor and very good experience overall - consultation and surgery. I went to Dr Dwivedi for severe snoring and obstructive sleep apnea issue that need multiple surgeries in nose and throat like Septoplasty, Uvulopalatopharyngoplasty (Tonsillectoly + Snoring Surgery), Microlaryngoscopy and Supraglottoplasty. Very impressed with the entire process, good patience to listen & also very well explain the issues and each procedures. Good follow up after the surgeries too. I am feeling much better in breathing & sleeping now and I definitely recommend Dr Dwivedi to everyone.

I took my son to see Mr Raghav following a lymph node removal by another surgeon - an experience in which nothing had gone to plan and which had left us feeling very concerned in many regards. Outstanding doctor and consultation. I went to Dr Dwivedi for a voice disorder that affected me for several months, causing me trouble with my work and routine. Dr Dwivedi listened carefully to my feedback and symptoms; he inspected my neck and throat (laryngoscopy) before diagnosing. Thoroughly he explained the nature of the problem and the treatment to take. The doctor also answered all of my questions clearly and without any rush. It was the best consultation experience I had. Dr Dwivedi was outstanding and I could feel the care, the passion and his motivation to help me. My elderly mother recently required an operation to remove a lump from the side of her face. We selected Mr Dwivedi after some research and were immediately impressed with the number of positive reviews. Right from the initial consultation, Mr Dwivedi was able to put my mother at ease and explained the procedure and associated risks with genuine care and clarity. The lump was lying deep in the parotid gland and required parotidectomy to remove it and rule out a cancer. The facial nerve and branches were stuck to the lump which made the operation more challenging than anticipated. The operation itself was a great success, the face is working normally after the operation and my mother is very happy with the outcome. As a family, we were very impressed with the entire experience and are glad we selected Mr Dwivedi; he is both a talented surgeon and a caring gentleman.

Dr R. Dwivedi was my second ENT Thyroid Surgeon and Consultant I talked to. He was my blessing after a not so good experience with the first ENT Consultant in another private hospital.
