I had Left-sided Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS) and clearance of Left Maxillary Antrum with Mr Raghav Dwivedi and my experience and care was excellent. I found my consultations, explanation, surgery and advice very useful indeed. I am very pleased with the outcome.

An excellent experience with Mr Dwivedi from start to finish! He was very informative, providing me with all the information I needed throughout my treatment. After conducting examinations, he identified the issues I had: Allergic Rhinitis and a deviated septum, with the latter requiring a surgical procedure. As this was going to be my first surgery I was quite nervous, however Mr Dwivedi made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. During my post-surgery recovery, Mr Dwivedi even phoned me to see if I was okay. As a result of the Septoplasty and Turbinate Reduction procedure, along with prescribed treatment for my Allergic Rhinitis, I feel a massive improvement which I am very happy about. I would recommend Mr Dwivedi with no hesitation.

I had numerous consultations and visits at various hospitals, but I was dissatisfied with the outcome and care I was receiving. I met with Dr Raghav to discuss my case and the steps we needed to take after requesting a second opinion. Dr Raghav and his team were thorough, compassionate, kind, resilient, and determined throughout all my consultations, both pre- and post-op. Despite the possibility of splitting my chest, Dr Raghav performed my surgery without doing so. I am eternally grateful to him because this has been a long-standing health issue for me. One of the best doctors I have ever seen, very sharp, understanding, and explained everything clearly. I recently visited Dr. Dwivedi regarding an ear infection which he diagnosed and it recovered fairly quickly with his precribed medicines. He also helped me understand and improve my hayfever allergies which have affected my quality of life over many years. He also spent a some time understanding my medical history and provided me with a good overall diagnosis. Would highly recoment Dr. Dwivedi for any ENT issues,

Really empathetic. He took the time to really listen to my Dad and was very friendly and welcoming such that my Dad felt understood and at ease.

Very patient and thorough when explaining the procedure. Tries to make sure he has answered all questions/concerns with confidence which made me feel a little less anxious. He took note of my biggest concerns and concentrated on that during the surgery as well as the main problem. I didn’t feel like it was just his job, he seems to care about the patient too. Although my encounters have been brief with him, my surgery went better than I thought it would. If I had to have this surgery again, I would hope it’s him doing it.

Dr Dwidevi, was very polite and listened to my symptoms attentively. He then identified the cause for my symptoms effectively and informatively. He explained in a lot of detail the science behind my condition and then recommended the respective treatment. I felt well informed and at ease after my consultation with the Dr Dwidevi.
