Dr Omar Bakhsh is a dedicated and highly accomplished General Practitioner. He completed his medical degree at King's College London, graduating in 2010 with 4 distinctions. He was selected by King's College London to sit the prestigious 'University of London Gold Medal for Medicine' examination, earning him the award of 'Proxime Accessit.'

While maintaining his role as an NHS GP with regular sessions at a nearby NHS practice, Omar serves as the Lead Clinician for Children & Young People for the local Primary Care Network (PCN). In this leadership position, he collaborates closely with the Paediatrics team at Evelina Children’s Hospital, which is part of Guys & St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust.

Omar has gained a wealth of experience in various medical departments across South London since 2010. His clinical background includes extensive work in emergency medicine departments at St George's Hospital and King's College Hospital. He has also worked in subspecialist areas within the NHS, including General Medicine, Paediatrics, Care of the Elderly, Urology, Sexual Health, and Mental Health inpatient care at the world renowned Maudsley Hospital. This experience allows Omar to effectively manage patients of all age groups in a primary care setting, addressing acute and chronic conditions, as well as physical and mental health concerns.

Known for his friendly and personable approach, Omar specialises in family medicine and places his patients' needs at the forefront of his practice. His services encompass a wide range of healthcare needs, including all of general practice, well-man health checks, paediatrics, management of acute and chronic illnesses, sexual health evaluations, dermatological concerns, addressing mood and psychological issues, baby checks, private prescriptions, private referrals, and providing medical certificates.
