Mr Bhangoo listened to my concerns prior to the operation. He fully explained the procedure he was going to carry out and was able to allay any misgivings I may have had and he put me at my ease. The follow-up appointment with Mr Bhangoo was reassuring and confirmed the procedure had been a success as evidenced by my rapid recovery progress.
