Really pleased with everything. From start to finish the service was great. Everything was explained very well and clearly. Operation went well and knee is now fully recovered and I'm back to playing football once again. Mr Bhangoo is pleasant and polite and I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Mr Banghoo saw me twice before the operation and explained the reason for the operation and the proceedure very well. After the operation my recovery is going really well, with good range of movement and very little pain. After 11 weeks I am walking normally with only a mild discomfort now and again. I saw Mr Bhangoo following problems with my knee and this was a culmination of deterioration over the last 45 years, after having a full cartledge removed in the mid-70's. Mr Bhangoo explained the process and it was agreed a full knee replacement was required. The operation was booked in to fit in with my own work schedule and I am extremely pleased with the way it went as well as the post operation recovery. Fortunately, I have had no problems with this procedure since it was completed in April 2021. I would say Mr Bhangoo has an excellent bedside manner, took all the time to explain the process to me and gave all the aftercare needed as well as offering the opportunity to contact him again, should any problems arise.

I think a lot of surgeons would have operated given the extent of my injury, but Mr Bhangoo was confident that I could make a recovery to my required level without surgery. He was right!
