Mr Navjot Bhangoo is one amazing surgeon and became my angel. Because of my age other surgeons were reluctant to even see me. Mr Bhangoo gave me all the time in the world on my first meeting. After seeing my MRI Mr Bhangoo touched my arm and said "I don't want you to be in pain an longer, I will do my best to help" within 3 weeks of that day I had been operated on and given a partial knee. Mr Bhangoo's secretary was very informative from day 1 along with the team on the ward. They made me feel at rest with everything from the operation to the the after care. All Mr Bhangoo's explanation of the procedure was relayed to me in a way I understood so nothing was a surprise and I felt rally comfortable in his care and that he was the one operating. Once in theatre I could of not been more relaxed with Mr Bhangoos team and anaesthetist. They were all amazing. I had a spinal block so was awake through the procedure. This was totally fine. Something I was not looking forward to but the team made me feel very comfortable even making me laugh. The after care was more than expected. Mr Banghoo spoke to me straight after the operation in theatre and told me all went fine. Explained everything. The night of the operation was surprisingly comfortable. I had a little pain one the anaesthetic had worn off but the nurses where straight on it with pain relief. The following day I was up and about walking gingerly but I was walking. I was overwhelmed with not feeling the pain I had for 4 years. The only discomfort I felt was due to the operation which is understandable. Mr Banghoo even came to see me late that night to see how I was getting on. The following day I was up and about again with the physiotherapists. My X-ray showed that my knee was fine and good to get on with my life. Mr Banghoo came to see me again to tell me how pleased he was. I was on crutches for 3 days. Then walking around the house nearly normally still no pain just healing discomfort. Unbelievable. My scar healed amazing and honestly you cant see it now unless you know its there. I am now 10 weeks down the line after my operation and I am walking normally around 10,000 steps a day. I have my life back all thanks to Mr Bhangoo and his team. My Angel.

Mr Bhangoo took me through my ACL reconstruction surgery process very smoothly and I felt at ease and in safe hands for the whole 9 months. My knee has thankfully fully recovered and feeling stronger than ever. A top surgeon and a great man who will take wonderful care of you!

I had my first knee replacement in May 2021 which went extremely well, so without hesitation I arranged to see him again for my other knee replacement, which went equally well.

Mr Bhangoo undertook Partial Knee Replacement surgery to my damaged knee. From start to finish the experience has been extremely satisfactory with the result that after approximately 8 weeks following surgery I was back to living a normal life again.
