Clare Graduated with Honours from Coventry University in 2005 and since then has worked in a variety of NHS, private, competitive sporting and occupational health settings. This wide range of work areas has enabled Clare to work and build relationships with some of London's top orthopaedic, rheumatology and pain specialists as well as treat both simple and very complex musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. She currently splits her time between Bespoke Physiotherapy and a joint lead role within the Occupational Health Physiotherapy Service at King's College Hospital, a service that she set up in 2011.
She has postgraduate training in manual therapy, sports massage, ACL rehabilitation, taping, complex spinal management, radiology, chronic pain management, workstation assessments and ergonomics. She is also currently completing her MSc in Occupational Health (Policy and Practice) at Cardiff University.
Clare specialises in workplace injuries, repetitive strain, road traffic accidents and persistent pain complaints. She helps patients resolve their symptoms quickly, to avoid their injuries becoming a long-term issue, and is able to work with persistent and complex conditions to help patients reach their full potential.
