Mr Jan Dmitrewski

Mr Dmitrewski, was very reassuring at all points, from diagnosis, to arranging an ultra sound, to booking me in for surgery. On the day of admission he met with me and put my mind at rest, explaining the operation in detail. He checked on me after surgery to ensure I was okay and assure me all had gone to plan. I found him a very warm, calm surgeon, who is happy to answer any questions. I would recommend him to anyone looking for hernia surgery.

The Consultations with Mr Dmitrewski were never rushed, he was very clear and comprehensive in the information he provided which helped enormously in making my decision to proceed with the removal of my gall bladder. He explained fully how the operation was to be carried out and following the operation how it went. I have been delighted with the whole process and extremely pleased that my Consultant was Mr Dmitrewski.

Mr Dmitrewski has been professional and friendly throughout what was quite a daunting experience after being in hospital for over a week and put on a waiting list for surgery. He explained in full the entire situation even from the beginning whilst under the care of NHS which was previously not fully explained. This instantly put my mind at ease and made the rest of the process much less stressful

Mr Dmitrewski was very informative from my first consultation with him. He explained clearly the procedure he would be carrying out and the expected outcome. On the day of my surgery Mr Dmitrewski was very laid back and took the time to chat with me and oncr again explain everything. He even popped out to see me before I was under general anaesthetic to reassure me, which was lovely. At my follow up consultation, once again, Mr Dmitrewski was very friendly in his manner. He gave me chance to ask any questions I had and reassured me that my surgery went well. During a time of my life where I had been feeling quite poorly the whole experience was made better by Mr Dmitrewski.
